O2 OKINAWA OFFICE boasts excellent accessibility, being 10 minutes from Naha Airport, the gateway to Okinawa, directly connected to Yui Rail Asahibashi Station, and directly connected to Naha Bus Terminal, as well as being located in "Kahuna Asahibashi", a building complex with the Okinawa Prefectural Library, several restaurants and offices, which relocated and opened in 2018.

“The main feature of O2 OKINAWA OFFICE is the comfort of the communication environment. In fact, the communication environment was need keeping up with the improvement of the in the area around National Route 58, which has the highest concentration of offices and hotels in Naha City, and it was difficult to connect to the Internet. To combat this, we introduced a dedicated high-capacity line of Okinawa Cellular, which has the highest level of communication quality in the prefecture. It also supports Wi-Fi 6, making it comfortable even during the busy times when morning meetings and afternoon meetings are held online. We have been able to handle online training and webinars without any problems, but if better services are provided in the future, we are considering investing in equipment as a priority.”

Office interior image. The furniture is provided by the resident, but it can be difficult to find a size and arrangement that allows the space to be used effectively. You can also consult with a professional about everything from purchasing furniture to total coordination.

If you have an office contract with multiple people, you will need a locker to store your personal belongings. In recent years, paperless is progressing, but it can still be a problem if you don't have a printer.

Aiming for services that go beyond general rental offices

At the back of the private room area, there is a shared space that can only be used by office plan users.

Many of the companies that consider themselves "Okinawa-based" are trying to be carbon neutral, and many are promoting commuting in other ways than driving. Some people commute by running or cycling. In the climate of Okinawa, you will sweat all year round, so you'll need to shower before work and wash and dry your wet clothes by the end of work. “What we value is the fusion of casual Okinawanness and business space. The interior design is based on the idea of Okinawan castles (gusuku) and cobblestones, and the plants of Yanbaru blend into the sophisticated office space, creating a shared office like no other. All of the greenery is from the prefecture. It not only creates a beautiful appearance, but also serves as natural office dividers and is a help for carbon neutrality. In addition, it creates a natural conversation with users during daily watering. In the flow of time, working styles are changing regardless of location, be it workation or a residence. At O2 Okinawa office, people from completely different industries work next to each other, which has become a common sight.
